Great episode. Two comments.

One, back off on George Lucas. The prequels might not be what some people wanted them to be, but were it not for him we wouldn't have Star Wars at all. He is responsible for the three great movies in the original trilogy, and he's been part of just about every comic and game that has come out to on one level or another. So please, a little respect.

Also, great interview with Tim. It was nice to get more background info on him. If you ever want to chat with me, just let me know. My schedule is flexable.

Actually I thought we were rather kind to him considering what I've heard some people say about him on their podcasts.

I'm rather protective of George.

Then you really don't wanna listen to some of the podcasts I listen too. ;)

Probably not. BigHonkin Steve and I are pretty close in how much we revere the Star Wars franchise.

Anyway, get me on your show. You know we would have a good time.

And that's fine. I respect the guy for all the reasons you listed. I just don't buy into the whole idea that he and Star Wars can do no wrong. Ya I get that impression about Big Honkin (but for the record I did enjoy the prequels). No worries, it's just an opinion and I really doubt Lucas could care what we think about him.

You're the next person on my short list to get on the show. I still have some other topics I need to get out the way first, but rest assured it's coming. :)

I'd never say he can't do wrong. I'd just say that his successes FAR out weigh his failures.
